All players are expected and required to attend all trials and wear plain attire, ie no Club, School or State colours are to be worn throughout trials.

All trials will be held at St Michaels Collage 15 Mitton Ave, Henley Beach Netball SA Stadium. Please note the change.

Please arrive 15 minutes before you are due to commence trials for check in.

Matches

Played on Tuesday & Friday nights at Netball SA Stadium 155 Railway Terrace, Mile End South. Season dates are yet to be announced - however, this will usually be 1st or 2nd week of term 4.

Fees

Club fees for all Junior age groups is $305. Seniors $205.

On acceptance of your position the NetballSA annual membership fee for Seniors $130 plus GST and $100 plus GST for Juniors and a $3.36 plus a digital processing fee must be paid. If you have already paid this in Winter 2023 you do not pay this again.

Pathway teams: players selected in our pathway teams will be invited to additional specialist training sessions with our qualified coaches. There will be an additional cost of $150. More detail to follow upon selection.

Terms and Conditions

Club fees must be paid at the time of registration. Netball SA Fees must be paid on acceptance of position (note, Netball SA Fees only apply to players that did not play in Winter 2023).

No player will be allowed to trial unless fees are paid in full for the season.

Please note that it is our trial policy that if a player is placed in a team and subsequently withdraws, there will be no refund offered.

Players who withdraw at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of trials will receive a refund of trial fee less $50 administration fee.

Due to large number of players, no player is guaranteed a place in a team.

You will be notified by email when teams have been chosen.

Selection in a Winter Team does not mean automatic selection in a team for Summer competition or an equivalent grading expectation for Summer as for Winter grading. This is because many Winter players do not participate in Summer Competition.

Government Sports Vouchers

The Government school voucher to the value of $100 is available for students from Reception to Year 9 once per calendar year. Families wishing to use their sports voucher, please contact our Treasurer at treasurer@garville.com.au.

Uniform

Sports Centre will be at the trials for uniform fittings and orders will be available at St Michael’s College at selected trial dates..

Summer Pathway Teams

Our Pathway team will be playing in higher grades over the summer season. The following teams selected will play in the following grades:

Inter 1 will play Senior grade A2 – Tuesday Nights

Inter 2 will play Inter 1 – Tuesday Nights

Junior 1 will play Inter 2 – Tuesday Nights 

Junior 2 will play Junior 1 – Friday Nights

Sub Junior 1 will play Junior 2 – Friday Nights 

Sub Junior 2 will play Sub Junior 1 – Friday Nights 

Primary 1 will play Primary 1 – Friday Nights.

Pathway Training

Players that are selected in our pathway teams will be included in additional specialist training sessions with our qualified coaches.  This will include strength and conditioning and specialist court sessions. 

There will be an additional cost of $150, more detail to follow upon selection. These teams will include Primary 1, Sub Junior 1 & 2, Junior 1 & 2, Inter 1 & 2 and A1 senior team. Dates to be confirmed.
